Reclaimed: A Spring Creative Challenge

What happens when nature wins? It’s time to find out in the Reclaimed Challenge.

 

This spring, we’re focusing on transformation. Concrete to moss. Steel to decay. Structure to nature.

 

Together with Greyscalegorilla, we’re giving you everything you need to transform large-scale architectural scenes into living, breathing environments. Use the free assets, share your work, and you could win a free month of the Everything Bundle.

The Challenge

Take one (or more) of the provided large structures and show it being reclaimed by nature.

 

That could mean:

  • Moss crawling over concrete
  • Cracked stone and weathered steel
  • Ivy overtaking windows and rooftops
  • Dust, dirt, and years of neglect

Whether you’re creating a still image or a short animation, the goal is simple: create something organic, weathered, and alive.

How to Enter

1. Download Cargo for free. No subscription required.

2. Open Cargo and click Discover to easily find the selection of free challenge assets.

3. Create a still image OR animation under 30 seconds using:

  • At least one of the provided KitBash3D challenge models
  • Any of the provided Greyscalegorilla challenge assets

4. Post to Instagram and:

  • Follow @KitBash3D and @Greyscalegorilla
  • Tag both brands in your post
  • Use the hashtag #madewithCargo

Timeline

Challenge Opens: Tuesday, May 19
Deadline to Submit: Friday, June 5 @ 12pm PT 
Winner Announced: Monday, June 8

Selected winners will receive:
